Proven marketing methods include maximum exposure on the internet, property visual tours, and on-line social networking including blogs along with networking with our large sphere of influence. In addition we use local newspapers, flyers, signage, and neighborhood jumbo post cards and Open Houses. And of course, listing on the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

GLOBAL MARKETING AGENTS

Stan and Gary have been certified by the Global Market Agent (GMA) organization. Less than 1% of all U.S. agents have this distinction. The GMA is a global marketing organization comprised of agents that specialize in luxury properties around the globe. Between the initial sales agreement and closing/settlement, questions may arise. For example, unexpected repairs are sometimes required to obtain financing or a concern with the title could potentially be uncovered. The required paperwork alone is intimidating for most sellers. We have the knowledge and experience to objectively help you resolve these issues and move the transaction to closing/settlement.
